Refund & Return Policy

1. Quality Assurance

We guarantee that all electronic components supplied are genuine original products with complete traceability.

We conduct rigorous anti-static and packaging checks before shipment to ensure products leave the warehouse in optimal condition.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the special nature of electronic components, we only accept return requests in the following situations:

Damaged upon arrival: You find the packaging damaged or the product has obvious physical damage upon receipt.

Model mismatch: The received product model does not match the model confirmed in your order.

Quality objection: If you suspect a performance or quality issue with the product, please provide a third-party testing report or a detailed description of the problem (including photos/videos).

Disclaimer: Once a product has been soldered, its anti-static packaging has been removed, or it has been improperly handled, returns will not be processed. Please conduct rigorous testing before soldering.

3. Return Process

Application Period: Please submit your return request within 7 business days of receiving the goods.

Contact Us: Please send your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product to our customer service email address via email or your account manager.

Review: We will review your application within 2 business days.

Return Shipment: After approval, please return the goods in their original packaging to our designated address.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 3-5 business days after we confirm receipt and verification of the returned product.

For returns determined not to be due to quality issues or errors on our part, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs.
